Boom N’ Brew is always on the lookout for upbeat, self-motivated baristas who love coffee, people, and a little creative chaos.

We’re a small, independent café, which means we’re looking for someone who can learn quickly, stay curious, and find things to do when it’s slow — cleaning, stocking, prepping, organizing, or jumping in wherever help is needed. If you need constant direction, this probably isn’t the spot. If you like taking ownership and staying productive, you’ll fit right in.

Barista experience is a plus, but not required. A good attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently matter more than a perfect résumé.
